Pick a free inspection time
The open times depend on where the house is, so we ask about the house and how to reach you first. Then you see them and pick one.
- What you told us
- Phone
- Booking reference
Until then
Pencil a mark where the water or crack shows and write today's date beside it. If it changes before we come, show us at the door.
Write the time down or keep this page.
If the address or phone above is wrong, ask for a call back and tell us.

The visit, written down
- Who contacts you
- One company inspects and does the work, and your details are never sold. That company is Acculevel, and its name is on each form before you send anything.
- The visit
-
The visit is free. Be home for it. We look at the wall, floor or crawl space, measure, and show you what we find. It takes about two hours.
- The price
You get a fixed price on paper at the end of the visit. It is yours to keep whether or not you go ahead.
- If you sign
- If you sign a contract at home, the FTC Cooling-Off Rule generally gives you three business days to cancel.
- If it can wait
- If waiting is the right answer, you hear that, and what to watch.
Ask for a call back
We reach out within one business hour to set a time. The price comes after we measure.
We have your request for a call.
If that number is wrong, send the form again.
